Caused by a myriad of activities – Carpal Tunnel Syndrome can arise from repetitive strain injuries and sports involving the hands and arms. Carpal Tunnel can be caused by overuse and vibration, compression during pregnancy, or by having a smaller than average carpal tunnel.
